“Art Parquet Co.” is the company with full cycle of parquet production. Our factory in the size of 5000 m2 is situated in Tulskaya region:

Parquet production is the difficult technological process, including raw material preparation, wood drying, precise processing and quality control over parquet products at any level of production.

Parquet production is determined mostly by the quality of raw materials: parquet is produced from the pure ecological timber after the accurate selection.

Plank parquet is processed at our woodworking factory by means of the following automated equipment:

• mono - coordinated machines for parquet production, produced by the world equipment manufacturer “Gebr.Schroeder GmbH & Co.” (Germany) and company “Gubish” (Germany),
• the line of optimization OMGA (Italy),
• drying cameras “DeNARDI”. “DeNardi” is the camera of convective type, in which wood is dried in steam-air atmosphere which prevent from warping and cracking. It is managed by program controllers. The humidity of planks composes 8+2%, which corresponds to the standards GOST 862.1-85 and DIN 280.

Parquet planks have the thickness -15mm\22mm and the thickness of wear layer – 8mm. The width is varied from 50mm up to 70mm (depending on the wood specie) and the length – from 210mm up to 490mm.

Massive boards have the thickness – 22mm and the thickness of wear layer – 8mm. Equipment options let to control the deviation of geometrical sizes up to 0,01mm (there are lower requirements according to the GOST 862.3-86).

Curvilinear details are produced at woodworking machines with programmed numerical control. They realize high-precision milling of difficult contours and trajectories, tiny details under the set program to 50 micron. For artistic parquet production the marquetry technique, incrustation and their combination are used. Details gluing is realized only by ecologically clear water based adhesive.

Experts of “Art Parquet Co.” develop and introduce ultrasonic gluing technology of mosaic patterns and boards, which provides high efficiency and severity of design. Artistic parquet creation technique – “grafyo” is restored. “Art Parquet Co.” is one of the most companies, which uses this technique.

“Art Parquet Co.” uses different methods of product delivery to the objects. For instance, for parquet installation the details are preliminary assembled and attached to temporary foundation (medallions, mosaic parquet) or the whole elements (medallions) and blocks are produced. Packaging in polyethylene and corrugated cardboard prevent products both from physical changes and transport\storage damages.
